Much more usual for me would be pinpointing the parking lot at Laurel Lake thus — a satellite map with a pointer installed, and most of the park in view; http://maps.google.com/maps?q=40.976649,-72.554776&num=1&t=h&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=23.875,57.630033&ie=UTF8&ll=40.980967,-72.549505&spn=0.013202,0.027874&z=16 Curiously, this comment facility won't accept that as a link, but if you copy those four lines and paste them into your browser window, you'll see what I mean. |
